Steady on: the link is up; data can be sent or received through
the Ethernet port
• Steady off: the link is not up; data cannot be sent or received
through the Ethernet port
Amber •
Flashes at irregular intervals: data activity is occurring through
the Ethernet port
• Steady off: no data activity is occurring through the Ethernet port
MCB Fibre Channel port LEDs
The LEDs for the MCB Fibre Channel ports are for future use. Ignore LED behaviors that might
appear.
Figure 29 (page 214) shows the locations and colors of the LEDs.
