Displaying voltage information
To display voltage status information for various library components:
1. Click the Voltage tab on the Sensor Status dialog box.
The table below describes the elements on the Voltage tab.

Description Element
The name of the voltage sensor. Name
The voltage status at the location of the sensor. If the
voltage is within normal operational limits, the status is
Nominal. Otherwise, a warning or alarm is indicated. Status
The sensor voltage reading in millivolts. Millivolts
The type of power at the location of the sensor (AC or
DC). Type
The location of the voltage sensor within the library.
Control management blade (CMB) locations are Location
indicated by means of a coordinate system. For
information about location coordinates,
“Understanding
location coordinates” (page 88) .
2. To refresh the information displayed, click Refresh.
Displaying humidity information
To display humidity status information for various library components:
NOTE: Humidity information will only display on libraries with Hardware Revision 2 (HW REV
2) robotics installed. This sensor is new to the HW Rev 2 robot HW.
1. Click the Humidity tab on the Sensor Status dialog box.

Which robot (left or right) the humidity sensor is attached
to. If the library only has one robot, this column displays
Left. Robot
Displays the status of the robot as either Online or
Offline. Status
The humidity of the interior of the library at the location
of the sensor. Humidity
2. To refresh the information displayed, click Refresh.
Saving and restoring library configuration
The library save and restore capabilities enable you to save a remote or local copy of configuration
settings for the library drives and partitions, including the allocation of drives, storage magazines,
and I/E station magazines to each partition. If the current library configuration becomes lost or
unstable, you can use the LMC to apply the locally or remotely saved configuration image, which
eliminates the need to reconfigure the entire library to bring it back to its original state.
