An attempt to recover the path failed because the correct disk label has not been
set in the LU for the path to be put online.
Action
Use the
format
command to set the VTOC label or EFI label in the LU for the
relevant path, and then re-execute the command.

An attempt to acquire the HDLM version information failed.
Action
Re-execute the command. If the same error occurs again, execute the
DLMgetras
utility for collecting HDLM error information to collect the error information, and
then contact your HDLM vendor or maintenance company if there is a
maintenance contract for HDLM.
