Action
An upgrade or re-installation cannot be performed on the already installed HDLM
or SP. When installing HDLM: First uninstall the installed HDLM or SP, and then
perform a new installation. When installing a SP: Obtain, and then install an SP
or corrected version that can be applied to the installed version of HDLM.
