If the disk indicated in

is the LU that was dynamically deleted, no action
is required. To prevent this message from being output, restart the host. If the disk
indicated in

is the LU that was not dynamically deleted, make sure that
the disk is properly connected to the server. If there are any errors, remove the
error, and then re-execute the command.
If the disk is connected properly, contact your HDLM vendor or the maintenance
company if there is a maintenance contract for HDLM.
