The Back arrow is used to jump to the last page shown on the Manual screen. It is disabled
if there is no previous page.
The Forward arrow will go to the page that is the next in the page list. This is disabled if
the back arrow has never been used.
The Stop button is used to stop a page from loading.
The Reload button is used to re-read the page from a file.
The Home button returns to the starting page for the Help:Manual screen.
