If started manually, Ascent Xtrata Pro Validation can be set to ”Open next batch
automatically.” In this case, after finishing the current batch, the next waiting batch is
opened automatically.
Also, you can set the Ascent Xtrata Pro Validation polling interval so that it will
automatically check for batches that are waiting to be validated. For more
information about the settings, refer to Batch Settings Tab.
If, on startup, there is only one batch ready for processing, Ascent Xtrata Pro
Validation opens with the batch showing the first invalid document. If more than one
batch is ready for processing, the Open Batch dialog box will display, allowing the
operator to choose a batch.

Select a batch and click OK. The batch opens and the first document that contains an
invalid field displays with the first invalid field selected.
