Use results from locator
If you select this option, you can select a locator from the list of available locators. To
save time, this option allows you to use the results of some other format locator in
this format locator. For example it could be desirable to extract several dates which
all have the same format. The only difference is in the keyword next to the format
matches such as “Birth date” or “Application date.”
Use OCR substitution
If you select this option, the OCR substitutions will be used. Click Define OCR
Substitution to open the Project Settings dialog box Profiles tab, from which you can
then open the OCR Substitution dialog box to define the substitutions. For details see
OCR Substitution Dialog Box.
Formats
This area is used to manage your formats and set their properties.
