Line Settings
Optional Lines
Sometime a row in a table may take up several lines on the document, in which
case the second and subsequent lines may be optional. This field shows the
number of optional lines in the row based on which lines were flagged optional
in the Lines area below
Many comments per item
Select this option if your tables might have large gaps caused by comments or
other items between the line items.
Lines
This viewer shows a larger version of the currently selected master item. You can
click a row in the master item to flag it as an optional line.
Optional lines are displayed in a lighter shade of green, and the number of flagged
lines is shown in the Optional Lines field in the Line Settings area. In the above
figure, the middle row is flagged as optional.
