Setup a Batch Class in Ascent Capture

From the Administration module Definitions panel, select the Batch tab
and right-click the document class for which you want to activate the
release script.

From the context menu, select Release Scripts to open the Release Scripts
dialog box.

Select Xtrata Pro Statistics from the list of Available Release Scripts.
d. Click Add to add it to the list of Assigned Release Scripts. The Ascent
Xtrata Pro Release Setup dialog box - Statistic Release tab will display.

Set the desired options. By default statistic release is selected with a
default path for the database. You can change the path as desired.
If necessary, you can also change the default group value. The group
value can be used to tag the group to facilitate sorts and for filtering. For
example, you may use the name of a supplier as the group value. The
value of this field is saved in an additional data field.
The cleanup interval sets the time span after which the gathered data is
accumulated. This value may vary from one to seven days.
