Specify whether the locator is for all pages or a specific page. You can make
your selection from the “Enable locator for” area or the Page column for the
locator.

Specify the desired Access setting.

Click Test to show the result for a selected test document.

Click Close to save the settings and to exit the dialog box.

X To locate an item on any page in the entire document

Open the Properties dialog box for the locator.

Select the Regions tab.

If necessary select All pages from the “Enable locator for” panel (this is
normally selected by default).
