Adds user-defined routes.

dir Sets RIP direction.
id Sets MD5 authetication ID.
key Sets MD5 authetication key.
passwd Sets the password for simple authentication.
type Defines the RIP type.
dgw-iface Sets the default gateway interface.
add Adds a route with destination IP
address , IP netmask
, destination gateway IP
address , interface LAN1,
LAN2 or WAN , and metric
set to
(1-65536).
