Certificate authentication
Certificate authentication is an identity authentication with high security. It is used by a client and a server
(IMC UAM) to authenticate validity of each other.
802.1X authentication and portal authentication support certificate authentication.

To use certificate authentication, you must adjust the configuration for 802.1X authentication and UAM
local authentication in the following aspects:
Importing the root certificate and server certificate to UAM
To import certificates to UAM, click the User tab and select User Access Policy > Service Parameters >
Certificate from the navigation tree to enter the certificate configuration page, as shown in Figure 67 .
