1. To set time base, select TIME BASE and press in or down on joystick.
2. Twist joystick to change the highlighted TIME BASE box to select between 23.98 and 29.97.
3. Move Joystick right or up to select and exit.

QUALITY
Quality allows the user to set the project quality at REDCODE 28, REDCODE 36 or REDCODE 42. Default

QUALITY setting is REDCODE 36.
NOTE: REDCODE 36 and REDCODE 42 will limit maximum frame rate and resolutions available us-
ing CF cards.

1. To set quality, select QUALITY and press in or down on joystick.
2. Twist joystick to change the highlighted QUALITY box to REDCODE 28, REDCODE 36 or REDCODE

42.

3. Move Joystick right or up to select and exit.

VALID SETTINGS
IMPORTANT: Valid combinations of Quality, Resolution and Time Base are indicated by the phrase
VALID SETTINGS.

If this is crossed through, it indicates the media is too slow to record that combination of resolu-

tion, project frame rate and quality.
