NOTE: S4/i communications requires appropriate hardware to be present in the camera body and
P/L lens mount. Cameras shipped prior to Sept 15 2008 will require a factory installed hardware
upgrade to enable this function.
AUX 232
This setting is reserved for factory use. If selected, the S4/i port will not be active.
LENS PORT
When active, the check box will automatically be checked by the camera. If the camera needs to de-
activate the lens data port for any reason, this menu will indicate by unchecking the LENS PORT check-
box. The lens data port may then be re-activated by checking the checkbox.
PROGRAM
Allows the camera file name structure and camera HD-SDI and Tally outputs to be optimized for a variety
of applications including 3D.
Parameters include POSITION, HD-SDI, VIDEO, FEED and TALLY.
POSITION
Allows you to adjust the file name structure for the camera. This is especially useful for 3D image capture
as it allows identification of "left eye" and "right eye" image files. Options are LEFT, CENTER or RIGHT.
Default setting is CENTER.
When in Master / Slave mode, if you select LEFT for the Master camera, the Slave camera will be forced
to use RIGHT and vice versa.
File name format displayed in the UI will reflect the value selection as follows:
-
CENTER
A001_C001_0906**.R3D
-
LEFT
A001_L001_0906**.R3D
-
RIGHT
A001_R001_0906**.R3D
