5 The Roughing Pump will start first, then the Turbo Pump will begin to speed up,
as shown on the Turbo Speed (Hz) line in
Figure 15-15 above. (The speed is
initially listed as 0.)
NOTE: The Attach procedure typically takes about 5 minutes to complete.
After selecting the Attach button, the HAPSITE Properties window can be
closed at any time.
While attaching, the following prompt will appear.

6 When the Attach procedure is finished, the following message will be displayed
on the screen.
