needed to locate the design point. When
connected to a total station, you would
turn the total station horizontally to

send the rod man out about 70 feet before

indicates that the rod must move back (away from the total
station) 0.711 feet to be over the design point. The
Fill
value is
zero so no dirt needs to be cut or filled at the rod location to
match the design elevation.
g. Assuming the rod has been repositioned, take another shot by
tapping the
6KRW
button and enter the following new shot
