Department Manual Entry Report (DEPT MAN ENT RPT) Reports
Department Manual Entry Report (DEPT MAN ENT RPT)
This report shows the manual entry file sorted by department. It contains the following
information:
• Date range
• Department*
- Manual entry field name and value
- Quantity
• Total quantity by department
• Grand total quantity for all departments
* This field remains as Department regardless of what you select in the SELECT NAME
setup prompt.
Note: If Man Chk not Enabled appears, the file is currently disabled. To enable the file, enter
Setup/Manual Entry Config/Manual Entry Check and select Required.
Manual Entry Report
This report lists the contents of the manual entry file in a multi-column format with the
following information:
• Manual entry name
• Department*
• Lockout status
• PIN
• Total quantity
• Fuelings to date
* This field remains as Department regardless of what you select in the SELECT NAME
setup prompt.
When selecting this report, you can select File or Single Record. If you select Single Record,
enter manual entry number when prompted.

Setup/Manual Entry Config/Manual Entry Check and select Required.
