COnfigure Units (CO U)

Use this command to identify the units of measure to be used with your system. The system
first displays a menu of categories, then displays a menu of choices within that category.
Select the appropriate units for your application.

Type CO U. The system appears.

MEASUREMENT UNITS

1. DISTANCE

2. QUANTITY

3. DATE FORMAT

4. RATE

5. PUMP TIMEOUT MODE

6. ALL

ENTER (1-6):

Select the required units category or select 6 (All) to display the units selection prompts one
after the other.

When the category menu displays, select the required units. Refer to

“MEASUREMENT

UNITS (only for Master and Standalone Modes)”

on

page 33

for a list of available choices.

After a selection is complete, the menu reappears. Press ENTER to exit.

DElete RECord (DE REC)

Use this command to delete a record from either the vehicle file or the manual entry file.
Deletion criteria for the vehicle file is by key number or vehicle and department number
combination; for the manual entry file, deletion criteria is by the manual entry field value.

Type DE REC.
The system prompts Select File - (V)ehicle or (E)mployee:.
Note: The file name of the second file will differ depending on which name is used for your

manual entry file. These examples use the manual entry filename EMPLOYEE.

Type V or E.
The appropriate prompt appears depending on what you select.

• For the vehicle file (V), the prompts are Select (K)ey or (V)eh/dept (or (V)eh/Acct). Type

K or V. At the next prompt, type the number.

• For the manual entry file (E), the prompt is the manual entry field name. Type the number.

The system prompts Are you sure? (Y)es or (N)o.

Type the appropriate response.
