Initialize File
Use INITIALIZE FILE only at initial startup. Be sure to print any required reports before
running INITIALIZE FILE, otherwise you will end up with reports containing initialized data.
Load Tank Table
Use LOAD TANK TABLE to indicate the product contained in the tank and the current
inventory. Use the product codes defined earlier (refer to
).

Access the Tank File. Press the arrow keys until LOAD TANK TABLE appears. Press
ENTER.

Use the arrow keys to scroll to the tank number you want and press ENTER.
The Tank #x, PRODUCT CODE prompt appears.

Press ENTER. Then enter the product code (1 - 4) and press ENTER. Press the down arrow
key. The Tank # x, QUANTITY prompt appears.

Press ENTER. Type a quantity value. Enter up to 10 digits (xxxxxxx.xxx) and press ENTER.
The decimal point is fixed.

Press PREV once, and repeat this from Step 2 to load another tank; otherwise, press PREV
until the LOAD TANK TABLE prompt reappears.
Add to Inventory
Use ADD TO INVENTORY to record the amount of fuel added to a specific tank. Use this
command to record deliveries when a delivery key is not used.

Access the Tank File. Press the arrow keys until ADD TO INVENTORY appears. Press
ENTER.

To enter inventory for tank 1, press ENTER; otherwise press the down arrow key until the
required tank appears, then press ENTER.

At TANK #x AMOUNT, type 8 digits. The decimal point is fixed, so enter the appropriate
number of zeros to form the correct number. Press ENTER.
The DELIVERY? [YES] [NO] prompt appears.

If the addition is a delivery, press YES; if it is an inventory adjustment, press NO.
The ADD TO INVENTORY prompt reappears.
