Press the arrow key until PULSE RATE is displayed, then press ENTER. Use the arrow keys
to scroll through the available pulse rates (refer to

appropriate rate displays, press ENTER. Use the down arrow key to proceed.

At PUMP SWITCH TIMER, press ENTER. Use the keypad to enter a value from .1 to 1.0
(refer to
on
for information on this parameter) and press ENTER. Use the down arrow key to proceed
until the ENABLE PUMP prompt appears.

The next prompt is ENABLE PUMP. To do this, press ENTER. If the pump is already
enabled, the system displays ERROR: ALREADY ENABLED. Press ENTER, then press the
down arrow.

At PUMP DISABLED, press ENTER if you wish to do this. The system displays
DISABLED <. Press ENTER. To load another pump, press PREV and repeat from step
return to the Pump file menu, press PREV twice.
Load Pump Timeouts
Use LOAD PUMP TIMEOUTS to load a value indicating the allowable interval between the
time the pump is activated by the system and fueling begins and between releasing the nozzle
(fueling ends) and turning off the pump handle.
Time-out periods range from 1 to 180 seconds for US and 1 to 255 seconds for international
applications. A typical time-out is 80 seconds. If either time-out is exceeded during a
transaction, the transaction ends automatically and a TIMED OUT message appears in the
transaction error field.

Access the Pump File. Press the arrow keys until LOAD PUMP TIMEOUTS appears. Press
ENTER.

Type a value from 1 - 255 and press ENTER. The system returns to LOAD PUMP
TIMEOUTS. Press PREV to return to Pump File menu.
