Accessing the Terminal Commands

Terminal Commands

RUN (RUN)

Use this command to start (or re-start after a stop) the site. During initial system power-up, if
all essential system operating data is not correct, the system will not start and will have to be
started with the RUN command after the fault conditions are corrected.

Type RUN.
The system responds ARE YOU SURE (Y)es or (N)o.

Enter the appropriate response.
If Yes is entered, the system restarts if it was stopped.

SElect Name (SE N)

Use this command to select the name of the field to be used as input or when searching the
vehicle file and to print on reports.

Type SE N.
The system responds: SELECT FIELD NAME (D)EPARTMENT OR (A)CCOUNT: (A).

Type D or A as required.

STOP (STOP)

Use STOP to stop the fuel site. All ongoing transactions are terminated and site is stopped
until a RUN command is issued.

Type STOP.
The system responds ARE YOU SURE? (Y)es or (N)o.

Respond appropriately.
If Yes is the response, the system responds with the following messages:

STOPPING PUMPS

please wait

SYSTEM STOPPED
