Vehicle File Report (VEH FILE REPORT)
When selecting this report, you can select whether to print using Key or Veh/Dept. Then select
whether to print the entire File or Single Record. If single record, Enter Key of Veh/Dept
numbers when prompted.
This report lists a date range (file initialization date to current) and the contents of the vehicle
file in an abbreviated three-column format (when printed at the TopKAT report printer:
Note: When initiating the vehicle file report using the Manager’s Key, PIN numbers are
visible. When initiating the report using the Report Key, the PIN field contains asterisks
instead of the PIN value.
Vehicle Lockout Report (VEH LOCKOUT REPORT)
This report shows the lockouts for the vehicle file records with the status field set to LOCKED
OUT in the following format:
• Date
• Key number
• Department/account
• Vehicle number
Manual Entry Lockout Report (MAN LOCKOUT REPORT)
This report shows the manual entry file records with the status field set to LOCKED OUT. The
report title contains the name of your manual entry (for example: Employee Lockout Report).
It contains the following information:
• Date
• Manual entry field name and number
• Department*
* This field remains as Department regardless of what you select in the SELECT NAME
setup prompt.
