EMERGENCY STOP Stop command was executed when a transaction was pending.
EXIT DIAGNOSTICS Enhanced diagnostics was exited.
FILE IS FULL A user attempted to add a record to either the Vehicle or Manual Entry file and it was
full.
FILE IN USE User selected a file that was in use.
FILE IS EMPTY A user attempted to edit or delete a record in a file that is empty.
FILE LOCKED User attempted modify a file that is locked.
INVALID BACKUP User attempted a PCMCIA restore and the backup file was not found or the data
was invalid.
INVALID FUEL User attempted access to fuel product not authorized to key; no access permitted.
INV KEY TYPE A key was inserted that contained an invalid key type; no access permitted.
INVALID PIN Incorrect PIN was entered; no access permitted.
INVALID PUMP User selected a pump that does not exist.
INVALID SYSTEM ID Invalid system identification on key used to access system; no access permitted.
(Unauthorized access may have been attempted.)
INVALID TANK An invalid tank number was selected during a fuel delivery or dipstick operation.
INVALID TRANS POINTERS Transaction pointers were detected as being invalid and corrected.
INVALID VERSION A user attempted a PCMCIA file restore operation with a file with a later back-up
version number.
LIMIT CUTOFF Limitation was reached, pump was turned off.
MANUAL ENTRY CHECK NOT ENABLED

MAN CHK NOT ENABLED Manual entry function was attempted when the manual entry check
was not required.
MEMORY FULL Transaction file is full.
MEMORY LOSS TopKAT has a transaction pending of which 9800 has no knowledge.
MGR MODE SW NOT SET User attempted to encode a key after entering the manager mode
using a manager key.
DAILY LIMIT EXC User attempted to exceed the daily fuelings limit.
DELIVERY TRANS A fuel delivery key was used to enter a fuel delivery and update the inventory
totalizer.
DIPSTICK TRANS A dipstick key was used to enter a dipstick reading.
DUPLICATE RECORD User attempted to add a Vehicle or Manual Entry record that already exists.
