Note: This subgroup will only be accessible in the MIB tree if the QoS FAST feature has been
purchased and activated. Otherwise, both GETs and SETs on these OIDs will return
errors.
This subgroup contains the Quality of Service (QoS) statistics elements. This is
implemented as a table with maximum number of configured QoS rules, as the rows.
