Note: In order for the CDM-IP 300L to properly pass packets over the satellite interface, the user
MUST provide the appropriate IP to HDLC address mapping in the Route table. This Route table
is Comtech EF Data’s proprietary implementation, where the user specifies a HDLC address as a
next-hop for a route destined to satellite interface.
The cdmipIpRouteTable allows a user to define how the packets that the CDM-IP 300L
receives are routed. By this table, a user can define which DES key to use for a route.
Table 43. Route Table OIDs
OID Description
cdmipIpRouteIndex
Sequential number that corresponds to the
row index in the Route table. The route index
starts at 1.

route. The assigned name cannot contain any
white space and must be unique.
cdmipIpRouteDestAddress
Destination IP address for the route.
cdmipIpRouteDestMaskLen
Length of the network portion of the subnet
mask.
cdmipIpRouteNextHopAddress

further processing. The Next Hop IP Address
must be on the same subnet as the Ethernet.
