Backing up the media database
5. In the Select Backup Destination dialog box, choose File name and click the …
button. The Locate Database Files dialog box opens.
6. In the Locate Database Files dialog box, browse to your desired location to store
your database backup. For example, you could store the database backup on the E:
partition.
NOTE: Do not store the backup file on the C: drive.
7. In the Locate Database Files dialog box, enter a file name for the database backup
file. There is no need to enter an extension for the file name. Then click OK . The
Locate Database Files dialog box closes and reveals the Select Backup Destination
dialog box.
8. On the Select Backup Destination dialog box, click OK . The Select Backup
Destination dialog box closes and reveals the Back Up Database dialog box.
9. On the Back Up Database dialog box, in the Select a page area, click Options . The
Options view opens.
