11.5.2.1 User interface to create communication objects
To use the Assembly object, create an Ethernet/IP Assembly using ELMO Studio which
offers the following user interface:
1. In the Workspace window, select the EIP View page.
2. Use context menu to Add Assembly as it shown Fig 11-6.
3. The following dialog will appear:

4. User must select the Assembly access type and direction type and define the
assembly instance and name.
5. A Simple way to get an Assembly with the same members' type is to select the
Assembly Comm format and Assembly size (in this case – number of members with
selected Comm format).
6. Advanced users can edit the members' collection individually via the Edit Members
check box. The Assembly Members table will open for editing (view Fig. 11-16).
