2.14 Checking transmission results
It is possible to check transmission results with the job list.
The following items can be checked on the Job History list screen.
Job History list (Send)
The history of fax-transmitted and scan-transmitted jobs is displayed.

The jobs that have been forwarded or relayed after having been received by fax are also listed in the
Job History list of [Send].
Job History list (Receive)
The history of jobs that have been forwarded or relayed after having been received by fax is displayed.

The jobs that have been printed after having been received by fax are listed in the Job History list of
[Print] instead of [Receive].
The faxes received as Memory RX or Confidential RX are listed in the Job History list of [Save].

To forward the documents received by fax, advance setting is required. For details, refer to "Forwarding
the received original (Forward TX Setting)" on page 10-55 and "Specifying Relay box settings" on
page 9-29.
To check the transmission result

Touch [Comm. List] to check the communication result in the form of Scan TX List, Fax TX List, and Fax
RX List.
Touch the button for the desired report below "Report Types", select "Output Limit", and then press
the [Start] key to print the selected report.
Items Description
Address Type Address types (Fax, E-Mail Addr., FTP file, SMB file, TWAIN, Other) are displayed.
Address The fax number, E-mail address, box number etc. of the recipient is displayed.
Time Stored The time specified for transmission is displayed. The time is displayed as hours and min-
utes for the current day, and it is displayed as the month and day for other days.
Org. The number of pages sent is displayed.
Result The transmission result (Job Complete, Deleted by User, Deleted Due To Error etc.) is dis-
played.
Items Description
User Name The user name is displayed during user authentication and the account name is displayed
during account management. In other cases, registration sources such as COPY, PRINT,
and FAX-RX etc. are displayed.
Document Name The received and saved original name is displayed.
Time Stored The time when the original was received is displayed. The time is displayed as hours and
minutes for the current day, and it is displayed as the month and day for other days.
Org. The number of pages received is displayed.
Result The reception result (Job Complete, Deleted by User, Deleted Due to Error etc.) is dis-
played.
