Touch [Bulletin Board User Box] and then touch [OK].

Select the box with the original that is to be deleted and touch [OK].

Touch [Delete].
– Touch [Close] to discontinue the operation.

Touch [Yes] on the displayed confirmation screen and then touch [OK].
– To stop the deletion, touch [No] and then touch [OK].
Specified original in the bulletin board box is deleted.

Polling reception of bulletin board original
The original registered on the bulletin board of sender’s machine can be received by polling. Follow the
procedure given below to receive a polling reception.

Bulletin board polling reception cannot be used simultaneously with the following functions.
Quick Memory TX, Memory transmission, Erase Frame, Scan Size, Total # of Pages, Mixed Original, Z-
Folded Original, Long Original, Binding Position, Polling TX, Overseas TX, ECM OFF, Password TX, F-
Code TX, V. 34 OFF and Separate Scan setting

Press [Fax/Scan] key to display the Fax/Scan screen.
