– Returns to the [direct input] tab of the Fax/Scan screen in case of destination registration from direct
input and returns to [Job History] tab of the Fax/Scan screen in case of destination registration from
Record.
Changing the Address Book
Follow the procedure given below to change the Address Book.

Display Create One-Touch Destination screen.
– For details on display methods of Create One-Touch Destination screen, refer to "Displaying the fax
registration screen" on page 9-2.

Touch [Address Book (Public) ].
– In the Utility mode, the number displayed on button can be entered and selected on the keypad. For
[Address Book (Public)], enter [1] on the keypad.

Touch [Fax].

Select the destination to be changed and then touch [Edit].

Select the item to be changed, change the contents on displayed screen and then touch [OK].
– For details on respective setup items, refer to "Registering the fax number in Address Book" on
page 9-3.
– The registration number cannot be changed from the Edit screen.

Check the changed contents and then touch [OK].
– Touch [Cancel] to discontinue the change.

Touch [Close].
– To continue changes return to Procedure 4.

Touch [Close] until it returns to Fax/Scan screen.
