Registered Group Address List can be printed.
Conventions of Group Address List
No.: Group number
Name: Registered Group name.
Addr. No.: Address Book destination number registered in the Group.
Access Allowed Level: Registered levels that can be referred.
Regist Count: Number of Address Book destination numbers registered in the Group.
Printing Group Address List

Press [Utility/Counter] key.

Touch [Administrator Settings].

Enter the administrator password and then touch [OK].
– Administrator password can be changed in the [Security Settings]. Administrator should responsibly
maintain the password.

Touch [One-Touch/User Box Registration].

Touch [One-Touch/User Box Registration List].
– In the Utility mode, the number displayed on button can be entered and selected with the keypad.
For [One-Touch/User Box Registration List], enter [3] on the keypad.
