9.7 Specifying bulletin board settings
Bulletin board polling transmission/reception that uses F-code, can be used in this machine. The Bulletin
Board User Box should be set to use bulletin board. Maximum 10 Bulletin Board User Boxes can be
registered.

Notify the set details to the recipient of the bulletin board box.

Bulletin Board User Box can be registered from "PageScope Web Connection". For details on the using
PageScope Web Connection, refer to the User’s Guide [PageScope Web Connection Operations].

Press [Utility/Counter] key to display the Utility mode screen.

Touch [One-Touch/User Box Registration].
– In the Utility mode, the number displayed on button can be entered and selected on the keypad. For
[One-Touch/User Box Registration], enter [1] on the keypad.
– [One-Touch/User Box Registration] cannot be registered or changed when [Registering and
Changing Address] is set to [Restrict] in the Utility mode. Contact the administrator to register or
change the [One-Touch/User Box Registration].
