Deleting confidentially received originals
Follow the procedure given below to delete originals registered in confidential box.

Press [User Box] key to display Box screen.

Press [File Document].

Select the box specified as "confidential box" and touch [OK].
– When a password is set for browsing the box, enter the password on the displayed screen and
touch [OK].

Select the confidentially received originals that are to be deleted and touch [Delete].
– Touch [ ↑] or [↓], to display the next or previous screen.
– Touch [Cancel] to stop the operation.
– For details on the other original arrangement operations, refer to the User’s Guide [Box Operations].

Touch [Yes] on the displayed confirmation screen and then touch [OK].
– To stop the deletion, touch [No] and then touch [OK].
Specified originals in the confidential box are deleted.
