10.32 Prohibiting the Fax sending function (Restrict Fax TX)
Set whether Fax sending is prohibited or not.
If [Restrict Fax TX] is set to [ON], the Fax function is not displayed on the Fax/Scan screen.
Restrict Fax TX: ON/OFF*
- The Fax sending function is prohibited.
* is a default value at the time of procurement.
Specifying Restrict Fax TX settings

Display the Administrator Settings screen as described in "Displaying Administrator Settings screen"
on page 10-3.

Touch [Security Settings].
– Some items may not be displayed according to setting options.
– In the Utility mode, the number displayed on button can be entered and selected on the keypad. For
[Security settings], enter [0] on the keypad.
