6.7 Copying the original at the same time as sending the Fax (Send & Print)
Send & Print
It is a function to copy at the same time as Fax transmission. Number of copies can be increased and 2-Sided
printing and staple margins can be set.

Note
In order to use the staple function, the optional finisher must be installed.
Following functions cannot be used simultaneously.
Quick Memory TX, Polling TX
If "Print Scan/Fax TX" in the Default Function Permission or Function Permission screen in User
Authentication Settings is set to "Restrict", the Send & Print function cannot be used.
Sending the fax after specifying Send & Print

Press [Fax/Scan] key to display the Fax/Scan screen.

Load the original.
– For details on loading originals, refer to "Loading the original" on page 2-6.

Touch [Scan Settings] and then [Application].

Touch [Send & Print].

Select the desired end settings and touch [OK].
– Enter the desired number of copies with the keypad to specify the number of copies.
– When [C] (clear) key is pressed, the number of copies return to 1.
– Touch [1-Sided] or [2-Sided] to specify Simplex/Duplex printing.
