Touch [Name], enter the destination name and then touch [OK].
– Name of up to 24 characters can be registered.
– For details on character input operations, refer to "Entering text" on page 12-3.
– To change the registration number, touch [No.], and then use the keypad to type in a number. If a
destination is already registered with the entered number, an error message appears and the
destination cannot be registered with the entered number.
– If the registration number is not specified, it is automatically selected.
– Touch the search button of the search character that is to be registered from [Favorites] - [etc].
– If the search character is specified for destinations that are used often, it is displayed at the
beginning on the [Address Book] tab when [Favorites] is selected.
– Normally, search character is set automatically from the first character of registered name.

Touch [Fax Number], enter the fax number of the destination on the keypad.
