10.11 Specifying whether to reset the destination and settings (Reset Data
After Job)
Select whether the settings are reset to their defaults or whether they remain for the next fax.
Reset Data After Job: Reset All*/Reset Destination Only /Confirm with User
- Reset Destination Only: Select this setting to retain the settings and reset only the destination.
- Confirm with User: Select this setting to display a confirmation message asking whether or not to reset
the settings and destination.
* is a default value at the time of procurement.

Display the Administrator Settings screen as described in "Displaying Administrator Settings screen"
on page 10-3.

Touch [System Settings].
– Some items may not be displayed, depending on the specified option settings.
– In Utility mode, items can also be selected by pressing the key in the keypad for the number beside
the desired button. For "System Settings", press the [1] key in the keypad.
