Change_Local_Name allows the user-friendly name to be modified for the BTTrainer.
A.3.4 Flush
Change_Local_Name allows the user-friendly name to be modified for the BTTrainer.
A.3.5 Host_Buffer_Size
Used by the BTTrainer to notify the BTTrainer Host Controller about its buffer sizes for
ACL and SCO data. The BTTrainer Host Controller will segment the data to be transmitted
from the Host Controller to BTTrainer, so that data contained in HCI Data Packets will not
exceed these sizes.
