User’s Manual Local Device Manager
3.3 Device Information
The Device Information tab displays general access profile settings for BTTrainer.
These parameter values are displayed on the Device Information tab of the Local Device
Manger:
• Local_BD_ADDR — The Bluetooth device address for BTTrainer. Every device has a
48-bit address (BD_ADDR) that uniquely identifies it.
• Local_Name — The user-friendly name for BTTrainer.
• Class_of_Device — This parameter indicates the Bluetooth Device Class and Bluetooth
Service Type with which BTTrainer will identify itself in response to inquiries from
other Bluetooth devices. The Major Service Class, Major Device Class, and Minor
Device Class are all included in this parameter.
• Accessibility_Mode — This value defines the discoverability and connectability modes
for BTTrainer.
• Local_Version_Information — The values of the verison information for BTTrainer.
• HCI Version: Indicates the Bluetooth HCI Specification used by BTTrainer. Can be
0x00 (Bluetooth HCI Specification 1.0B), 0x01 (Bluetooth HCI Specification 1.1),
or 0x02-0xfFF (reserved for future use).
• HCI Revision: The Current HCI revision in the BTTrainer hardware.
