NV9605
NV9605
The NV9605 is a single-mode 1RU control panel that has a 3-line × 8-character display:

The panel is organized as shown in the illustration above:
• Function buttons
—
two rows of 16 buttons, two scroll buttons, and 4 other buttons that can
each be assigned one of 11 functions.
The 32 main buttons (on the left) select sources, destinations, levels, or salvos.
The two scroll buttons are dedicated to ‘page up’ and ‘page down’. Pressing one of these but-
tons scrolls the 32 main buttons through 4 “pages” of 32 buttons
—
for a total of 128 functions.
Each of the right most 4 function buttons can be assigned one of about 11 functions. Once
assigned, the functions are fixed and do not scroll when you press a scroll button.
• Display
—
two lines show the current source and destination. The third line shows the currently
selected page (which can be given an arbitrary name).
• Arrows
—
up and down arrows are silk-screened on the panel to the right of the right-most but-
tons, The right most buttons are not scroll buttons.
Modes of Operation
The panel operates in either single-destination mode or X-Y mode. It allows breakaway if it is con-
figured with level buttons.
Configurable Functions
The NV9605 can be configured to perform the following functions:

Free Source

Protect/Release
for destinations.
• Single button to return to a pre-defined default state.
• Multiple source breakaways.
• Hold breakaway levels.
• System salvos.
