Updating Categories
• Overwrite — The new row for the device being added does not displace existing rows.
Instead, the new entries overwrite existing rows.

to save changes and close the dialog box. (You may need to scroll down to see the but-
ton.)

Click
Cancel to close the dialog box without saving changes.
9 (Optional) Update device connector information. (See How to Update a Physical Connection on
page 179.)
10 On the ‘Categories’ page, click
Save
.
Or
To revert to the previously saved configuration, click
Revert to Saved .
11 Click X on the window title tab to close the page.
How to Add a Device Using the ‘Category Details’ Table
1 Launch NV9000-SE. (See Launching and Exiting the Application on page 12.)
2 From the Navigation area, select the ‘Views’ pane and then ‘Category Details’. The ‘Category
Details’ table appears:

3 Click
Add
. A blank row is added to the list of categories.
4 In the blank row, from the drop-down list in the ‘Category’ column select the category to which
you want to add a device.
