Global Navigation Buttons

How to Create a Global Navigation Button
1 Launch NV9000-SE. (See

2 From the Navigation area, select the ‘Tasks’ pane and then ‘Add Control Panel’.

From the Navigation area, select the ‘Configuration’ pane and then ‘Control Panels’. The ‘Con-
trol Panels’ page displays. On the ‘Control Panels’ page, click Add Control Panel
.

3 Enter information in the fields provided. Entries must be entered in all active fields:

From the drop-down list, select either NV9640, NV9641 or NV9642. When saved, the
Global Navigation button can be applied to other control panels of the same type
ID
Enter a unique identification number up to five digits long. Do not use punctuation
marks or symbols.
Name
Enter a unique and descriptive name for the Global Navigation button editor, up to 8
characters long. Do not use punctuation marks or symbols.
