RBS = 6 bytes Command or Query.
Sets or returns Rx Buffer Size (in ms), in the form sxxx.x where:
s = Interface Slot, where:
1 = Slot 1
2 = Slot 2
xxx.x = Rx Buffer Size, in 0.5 ms steps, from 2.0 to 75.0 ms
EXAMPLE: <0/RBS=1032.5 (selects 32.5 ms for Slot 1)
