Figure 5-1 Message Attributes and Values
The additional message attributes that appear in the Message Browser
headline are shown in Figure 5-1 on page 189 and described in the
following list:
S Owned/Marked Message State
A flag in this column indicates either that a user has
taken note (Marked) or ownership (Owned) of a
message or that the message is a notification
message. The four types of flag that you may expect to
find in this column indicate that a message is:
O owned by the user of the browser on
view
X owned (and therefore restricted in
terms of access) by someone other
than the user of the browser on view
M marked by the user of the browser on
view
N a notification message
Only ITO users can own or mark messages, and a
message may only be disowned or unmarked by its
owner or the administrator. For more information, see
“Message Ownership” on page 191.
