When enabled, the tool uses the user-defined sampling step (SamplingStepCustom) instead of the
default optimal sampling step to sample the region of interest from the input image.

Remark
A custom sampling step is usually not recommended.

1 The default sampling step is overridden by SamplingStepCustom.
Parameters
$ip IP address of the vision server. Applies to V+ syntax only. Uses standard IP
address format, for example: 192.168.1.120.
sequence_id Index of the vision sequence. The first sequence is 1.
