The coarseness of the contours at the Outline level. This property can only be set when
ParametersBasedOn is set to hsParametersCustom. Read only otherwise.

Remarks
For most applications, the ParametersBasedOn property should be set to hsParametersAllModels.
Custom contour detection should only be used when the default values do not work correctly.

tool_id Index of the tool in the vision sequence. The first tool is 1.

address format, for example: 192.168.1.120.
