Selecting a camera
To be able to select a camera and send it telemetry controls the camera must be accepted (see § 4.2.4 -
Accepted values, page 28).
Attempts to recall a disabled camera will cause the display of an error message.
The camera is recalled from the Main menu using the
key which has the active camera address.
Insert the new camera address and confirm with the “
enter
” key.

Changing the address number associated with the camera
Telemetry controls are always sent to the active camera shown on the display. But what physical address does
it correspond to? The basic system suggests direct assignment so that recalling camera No. 1 corresponds to
the receiver with the physical address setting No. 1 and so on consecutively up to No. 10000.
It is possible to change the association between the logical address (camera number) and the physical address
(address setting on the dome for RS485) so that, for example, the camera that is recalled with the (logical)
address 5 is actually associated with a physical address of 1711. To be able to change the camera address it is
necessary to have enabled the “Change address” FUNCTION (see § 4.2.4.5 - Functions, page 35). In this way
the display for recalling the camera will then show a key for entering “change address” mode.
