DISABLE IP REMOTEASSIGN
Syntax
disable ip remoteassign
Parameters
None.
Description
This command deactivates the DHCP and BOOTP client software on the
switch. The default setting for the DHCP and BOOTP client software is
disabled.
To activate the DHCP or BOOTP client software, refer to “ENABLE
BOOTP” on page 46, “ENABLE DHCP” on page 47, “ENABLE IP
REMOTEASSIGN” on page 49, or “SET IP INTERFACE” on page 61.
Example
The following command deactivates the DHCP and BOOTP client
software:
disable ip remoteassign
Equivalent Command
disable dhcpbootp
