0111: 4:2:2 YUV.
1000: 32-bpp.
1011: 24-bpp packed.
1101: 4-bpp indexed.
1110: 4-bpp alpha.
All others: Undefined.

Rotate Bitmap.

0: Disable rotation.
1: Enable rotation direction determined by X and Y. See Section 6.3.2.1 "Rotating BLTs"

on page 242.

0: Pass through (or YUY2 for 4:2:2 mode).
